TRANSPORTATION • Complimentary shared speedboat transfers are provided based on the standard room occupancy and according to the resort schedule. • Advance booking at least 48 hours prior is required for better arrangements. • Pick-up points: – Saigon Waterbus Station, Saigon Ward, Ho Chi Minh City – Binh An Waterbus Station, An Khanh Ward, Ho Chi Minh City • A surcharge will be applied for an extra guest. • A surcharge will apply for boat transfers scheduled before 7:00 AM or after 7:00 PM. GENERAL POLICIES • Pets: Not allowed in the resort. • Outside food & beverages: Not permitted. This includes raw food, cooked food, instant noodles, and beverages. The resort provides storage so items can be collected upon check-out. • Villa/Room layout: Layout and design may vary depending on the room or villa category. • Smoking: The resort is a nonsmoking property. Smoking is permitted only in designated areas. • Visitors: All visitors must be registered at the Living Room. Visitors are not permitted in guest rooms and may access only the restaurant area. Visiting hours are from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM. • Noise control: Please keep noise and music to a minimum during your stay. Audio devices must be turned off after 9:00 PM. • Prohibited activities: The use of drugs, “funky ball,” and gambling are strictly prohibited and punishable under Vietnamese law. • Photography & filming: Professional photography or filming is not permitted in guest rooms or any area of the resort. Activities using specialized equipment are considered professional and may incur additional charges. Personal photos or videos using mobile phones for noncommercial purposes are permitted, provided they comply with resort regulations. • Drones (Flycams): Not allowed within the resort. • Extra person policy: An extra person surcharge will be applied and settled directly with the resort prior to check-in if not included in the room rate. • 0–5 years old: Complimentary on Bed & Breakfast, sharing bed with parents • 6–11 years old: VND 420,000/child/night for breakfast when using an existing bed. Extra bed for child (if required): VND 520,000/child/night. Maximum 02 extra kids per room. • 12 years old and above: Considered adults. Extra bed & breakfast: VND 1,670,000/guest/night.
