Mekong Delta Premium Tour with Speedboat & Lunch

This Mekong Delta Premium Tour with Speedboat & Lunch begins in Ho Chi Minh City, departing early in the morning to avoid the afternoon heat and maximize time on the water. The journey follows the winding Mekong River, traveling southward into the heart of the delta region. Guests board a comfortable speedboat that swiftly navigates the river's channels, offering close-up views of the lush landscape and traditional river life. Along the route, the boat stops at several villages and small islands where visitors can step ashore to visit local homes, tropical fruit gardens, and artisanal workshops. The day includes a midday meal featuring regional specialties served at a riverside restaurant, providing a chance to taste fresh, locally sourced ingredients while enjoying views of the water. Key stops include a bee farm where the hum of busy bees fills the air and the scent of wildflowers lingers, allowing visitors to observe honey production methods that have been practiced for generations. At a fish farm, the sight and sound of carp and catfish swimming beneath wooden docks highlight the importance of aquaculture in the delta’s economy. The tour also visits a tropical garden abundant with jackfruit, durian, and rambutan trees, where the sweet and sometimes pungent aromas mingle. Visitors walk through shaded pathways lined with fruit trees and seasonal flowers, experiencing the delta’s natural bounty firsthand. Traditional basket weaving demonstrations and local markets showcase the daily crafts and trade that sustain these communities. Tour groups are kept small, generally capped at around 12 participants, to maintain an intimate atmosphere and allow the guide to engage with each guest. The guide provides detailed explanations in clear English, sharing insights into the daily life, farming techniques, and environmental challenges of the Mekong Delta. Transport is handled via a modern air-conditioned coach from Ho Chi Minh City to the boat dock, followed by the speedboat ride along the river. The itinerary balances time on the water with short walks in shaded, flat terrain, making the pace manageable but active. This tour is well-suited for travelers interested in rural life and ecological systems, as well as those who appreciate fresh local food and gentle outdoor activity. It offers a break from the urban environment of Ho Chi Minh City, inviting participants to observe and absorb the rhythms of one of Southeast Asia's most important river ecosystems. Individuals who enjoy photography or have an interest in agriculture and traditional crafts will find the stops particularly engaging.

Unforgettable Valentine’s Dinner with a View 🥂✨ My partner and I spent Valentine’s Day at Cloud Nine Restaurant, located on the 11th floor of the La Siesta Hotel, and it was truly a world-class experience. From the moment we arrived, the sophisticated Western-style ambiance and the warm welcome set the stage for a perfect evening. The Food: The culinary quality here is exceptional. Main Courses: I had the striploin, which was cooked to perfection, served with creamy mashed potatoes and a rich, flavorful red wine sauce. My partner opted for the truffle pasta, which was incredibly fragrant and indulgent. Desserts: We finished on a high note with a decadent chocolate mousse and a classic crème brûlée. Both were beautifully presented (as you can see in the photos!) and tasted as good as they looked. The Experience: We were lucky enough to be seated right by the window, offering a breathtaking panoramic view of the Saigon skyline. Watching the city lights while enjoying such high-quality service made the night feel incredibly special. The staff was attentive and professional, ensuring that "service" wasn't just a word, but a priority. Verdict: If you are looking for a romantic spot in Ho Chi Minh City that combines high-end Western cuisine with an unbeatable atmosphere, this is it. The heart-shaped decorations and the attention to detail for Valentine’s Day were the cherry on top. Overall: A perfect evening. We will definitely be back!

Very very high end restaurant. If you don’t like insanely small dishes for 3x the price of getting it anywhere else this isn’t the place for you. The service was very good and high end. Spent a few hundred USD on dinner and ended up getting some street sandwiches about 20 minutes later to fill up

We went there between Christmas and New Years Eve. I just want to highly recommend this wonderful restaurant. The food tastes great. The drinks are even more incredible. The dessert as well. The music was fantastic. Very good stuff. Our favorite waitress was Moon. She was funny, gave us useful tips and talked perfectly English! She was outstanding! I would definitely go back if I'm Saigon again. Hope to see Moon there again ♥️

What can I say ? Simply that last evening’s dining out at Cloud Nine Saigon was the pinnacle of our experiences at this group’s venues on our holiday journey through Vietnam. We have had wonderful times at Cloud Nine Hanoi ; Temple restaurant in Hoi An and now at this restaurant. Great ambiance ; Great Service ; Great Food . You really cannot ask for more . Francis our waiter last night was so engaging and offered wonderful advice to enhance our experience . The Manager was ‘on point’ appreciating and recognising our needs . We are left with wonderful dining out memories which we will hold onto until we surely return to this beautiful country . See you next time Cloud Nine 🙏

The night view was absolutely stunning. It’s a high-end restaurant with top-notch service. The steak was incredibly tender and flavorful — just perfect. The lamb chops were a bit tough but still delicious. With the added performance service, it was an unforgettable dining experience. Definitely a place I’d love to visit again.
