This Mekong Delta Premium Tour with Speedboat & Lunch begins in Ho Chi Minh City, departing early in the morning to avoid the afternoon heat and maximize time on the water. The journey follows the winding Mekong River, traveling southward into the heart of the delta region. Guests board a comfortable speedboat that swiftly navigates the river's channels, offering close-up views of the lush landscape and traditional river life. Along the route, the boat stops at several villages and small islands where visitors can step ashore to visit local homes, tropical fruit gardens, and artisanal workshops. The day includes a midday meal featuring regional specialties served at a riverside restaurant, providing a chance to taste fresh, locally sourced ingredients while enjoying views of the water. Key stops include a bee farm where the hum of busy bees fills the air and the scent of wildflowers lingers, allowing visitors to observe honey production methods that have been practiced for generations. At a fish farm, the sight and sound of carp and catfish swimming beneath wooden docks highlight the importance of aquaculture in the delta’s economy. The tour also visits a tropical garden abundant with jackfruit, durian, and rambutan trees, where the sweet and sometimes pungent aromas mingle. Visitors walk through shaded pathways lined with fruit trees and seasonal flowers, experiencing the delta’s natural bounty firsthand. Traditional basket weaving demonstrations and local markets showcase the daily crafts and trade that sustain these communities. Tour groups are kept small, generally capped at around 12 participants, to maintain an intimate atmosphere and allow the guide to engage with each guest. The guide provides detailed explanations in clear English, sharing insights into the daily life, farming techniques, and environmental challenges of the Mekong Delta. Transport is handled via a modern air-conditioned coach from Ho Chi Minh City to the boat dock, followed by the speedboat ride along the river. The itinerary balances time on the water with short walks in shaded, flat terrain, making the pace manageable but active. This tour is well-suited for travelers interested in rural life and ecological systems, as well as those who appreciate fresh local food and gentle outdoor activity. It offers a break from the urban environment of Ho Chi Minh City, inviting participants to observe and absorb the rhythms of one of Southeast Asia's most important river ecosystems. Individuals who enjoy photography or have an interest in agriculture and traditional crafts will find the stops particularly engaging.

(There is no debate, just dine here - you won’t regret it!) Le Entrecote Social Meeting in Ho Chi Minh City nails that rare balance between cozy and buzzing. The space feels authentic yet modern, with tasteful decor that’s quaint without being fussy. What really elevates the vibe is the building it sits in, those panoramic windows and the open, airy layout make the whole restaurant feel bright and expansive. It’s lively in the best way, full of energy, but still comfortable enough to settle in and actually enjoy your meal. Service matches the setting. Reservations were easy, we were seated without any hassle, and the staff stayed attentive throughout without hovering. Everything felt smooth and well-paced, which is exactly what you want when you’re ordering a spread. Now the food. If you go, the non-negotiable order is the filet steak with their entrecote sauce. They take sauces seriously here, and it shows. The entrecote sauce is herby, buttery, tangy, and ridiculously addictive, the kind of sauce you keep chasing around the plate long after the steak is gone. The steak itself was cooked perfectly and impressively tender. It wasn’t aggressively beefy, more clean and delicate, but still deeply satisfying, especially with that sauce. The sides deserve just as much attention. The cream of spinach was genuinely amazing, rich, smooth, and indulgent without being heavy in a cloying way. And the French fries were everything you want them to be, crispy, salty, carby, and dangerously easy to finish. We went beyond the steakhouse classics and weren’t disappointed. The octopus was excellent, and the baby octopus in the lobster bisque was a standout, warm, luxurious, and comforting, with the bisque doing a lot of heavy lifting in the best way. The paprika garlic prawns were pretty great too, the prawns tasted fresh and were cooked right. The baby scallops also tasted fresh, with that distinct ocean sweetness and clean seafood character. Then there was the mac and cheese, which honestly stole the show. Out of this world. The béchamel was silky and flavorful, the pasta was properly al dente, and it somehow paired with everything on the table. That’s what impressed me most: every dish tasted great on its own, but together they felt even better. You could have all of it on one plate and every bite would still make sense. To tie it all up, sparkling water was the perfect palate reset between all the richness, and dessert sealed the deal. The crème brûlée was fantastic, that satisfying crack on top, creamy underneath, exactly what you want as a finish. If I’m in Ho Chi Minh City, this is the kind of place I’d come back to every chance I get. It’s thoughtful food, great service, a beautiful setting, and it delivers across the board. Song Tu va Duy Anh were amazing staff who served us well too.

Good - Service was excellent. Very attentive. Ambience was nice, like a more relaxing steakhouse style ambience. Wide variety of side dishes. Price is reasonable. Bad - Limited meat dishesno to some beef and seafood. The main star beef steak was very underwhelming with very basic cuts of beef. It was cooked well, but the beef was quite tough, even though it was medium rare. Portion was small, so I had to add 3 additional side dishes to fill me up. Very Bad - their beef nachos was a joke. Literally some chips with a tiny sprinkle of beef. They should remove this. Summary - it was an OK visit, but definitely not returning.

French bistro with an oriental twist should best describe the style of this establishment. They offer mostly traditional French dishes purposefully catered to Asian appetite (or at least this what the foods taste like). The only part that remains strictly French, or more exactly, French semi fine dining, is the portion. We came in as a party of four and the dishes barely filled our stomach, they all looked and felt skimpy rather than fancy. Also, the price tag isn't that moderate either, maybe because its located in the D1 area. Its tough to even recommend this place because I'm quite sure it won't be the first one that comes to mind when i have had better experience in various other places in the same area, and also because the place seems to be as forgettable as the foods they offer.

We walked in on Monday 7.45pm, no queue. They only have two main courses so we tried both. The beef (medium) with special sauce was so tender but thinly sliced and the portion was rather small. The salmon was a bit overdone. Soft shell crab salad-more greens than crab. The side dishes- french fries and sauteed mushrooms were very good. Garlic prawns were tough... Overall a pleasant experience but not good enough for us to come back. Maybe our expectations were high because of the good reviews.

Had an overall great meal here, nice and chill vibes overall and place was pretty packed during dinner time. The entrance is up a few flight of stairs and the restaurant entrance will come into view. We had a mix of appetizers and were pleased with the selection, though most of it used the same sauce base so ended up tasting pretty similar. Overall a great location for dinner and certainly gives a more elegant atmosphere.
