Mekong Delta Premium Tour with Speedboat & Lunch

This Mekong Delta Premium Tour with Speedboat & Lunch begins in Ho Chi Minh City, departing early in the morning to avoid the afternoon heat and maximize time on the water. The journey follows the winding Mekong River, traveling southward into the heart of the delta region. Guests board a comfortable speedboat that swiftly navigates the river's channels, offering close-up views of the lush landscape and traditional river life. Along the route, the boat stops at several villages and small islands where visitors can step ashore to visit local homes, tropical fruit gardens, and artisanal workshops. The day includes a midday meal featuring regional specialties served at a riverside restaurant, providing a chance to taste fresh, locally sourced ingredients while enjoying views of the water. Key stops include a bee farm where the hum of busy bees fills the air and the scent of wildflowers lingers, allowing visitors to observe honey production methods that have been practiced for generations. At a fish farm, the sight and sound of carp and catfish swimming beneath wooden docks highlight the importance of aquaculture in the delta’s economy. The tour also visits a tropical garden abundant with jackfruit, durian, and rambutan trees, where the sweet and sometimes pungent aromas mingle. Visitors walk through shaded pathways lined with fruit trees and seasonal flowers, experiencing the delta’s natural bounty firsthand. Traditional basket weaving demonstrations and local markets showcase the daily crafts and trade that sustain these communities. Tour groups are kept small, generally capped at around 12 participants, to maintain an intimate atmosphere and allow the guide to engage with each guest. The guide provides detailed explanations in clear English, sharing insights into the daily life, farming techniques, and environmental challenges of the Mekong Delta. Transport is handled via a modern air-conditioned coach from Ho Chi Minh City to the boat dock, followed by the speedboat ride along the river. The itinerary balances time on the water with short walks in shaded, flat terrain, making the pace manageable but active. This tour is well-suited for travelers interested in rural life and ecological systems, as well as those who appreciate fresh local food and gentle outdoor activity. It offers a break from the urban environment of Ho Chi Minh City, inviting participants to observe and absorb the rhythms of one of Southeast Asia's most important river ecosystems. Individuals who enjoy photography or have an interest in agriculture and traditional crafts will find the stops particularly engaging.

Super fresh, delicious sushi and sashimi with beautiful presentation on the sushi boat. Such a unique experience, and we’ll definitely be back when we’re craving sushi again. Van was incredibly welcoming it truly felt like we were guests in his home. I would recommend this place to everyone in Saigon ! Try it you won’t be disappointed!

As soon as I walked in, the head chef and owner personally introduced himself. I went upstairs and took a seat, but while looking through the menu, I was a bit confused about how everything worked. I initially ordered a set meal instead. Not long after, the head chef came upstairs to explain the concept and kindly advised that, for the price, the omakase buffet would be the better option. I’m really glad I took his recommendation. Each dish was served one by one, with immaculate presentation. Every bite genuinely reminded me of Japan. Throughout the meal, both the staff and the owner checked in to make sure everything was going well, which made the experience even more special. I’ll definitely be visiting again. Thank you to the head chef and the entire staff for such an incredible experience.

I never give less than perfect score unless there is something really wrong. Food was amazing and divine, but the service was a total flop. We waited just 50 minutes for our first dishes to arrive. And had to wait again and again for any kind of attention. 3 out of 8 dishes were completely forgotten and were never brought to the table. To top it all off, we sat for another 40 minutes at the end because no one came to check on us.

My uncle was referred this place by a trusted friend, and so we went! The owner, Van, is very passionate about his craft. We learned a lot, drank a lot, and ate a lot! I was a bit skeptical about eating sushi in Vietnam, but considering its nearness to Japan, all of the fish was actually so incredibly fresh and delicious. You get tons of premium cuts for a great price. We had a great time and would highly recommend to everyone!

Here’s a revised version of the review, emphasizing the chef’s exceptional qualities and the intimate, personalized experience, while incorporating your sentiment about wanting to give more than 5 stars: This dining experience was an unparalleled 10/10, a culinary symphony that left us in awe. Imagine the artistry of omakase seamlessly intertwined with the abundance of a buffet—a perfect union that felt like a culinary love story. The chef, a true maestro, elevated the evening to extraordinary heights with his unmatched skill and passion. His attention to every detail was nothing short of remarkable: each dish was a masterpiece, meticulously crafted with precision and creativity, showcasing flavors that danced on the palate. The fish, impossibly fresh and vibrant, was a testament to his commitment to quality, while every plate was presented with such elegance that it felt like a work of art, almost too stunning to eat. What made this experience truly special was the chef’s ability to make it feel deeply personal. Despite the bustling energy of the restaurant, his care for every dish and every guest created an intimate, almost private dining experience, as if the entire evening was curated just for us. His warmth and dedication shone through in every interaction, making us feel seen, valued, and celebrated. On our final night in Vietnam, which also marked our anniversary, this restaurant transformed our evening into an unforgettable memory. If we could give more than five stars, we would—words cannot fully capture our gratitude for the chef and his team, who made this night so profoundly special and etched it forever in our hearts.
