Start your tour by departing from Ho Chi Minh City using the Trung Luong Expressway. Arrive at Cai Be to board a boat and visit the floating market on the Tien River. Taste fresh tropical fruits while listening to Southern Vietnamese folk music. Take a hand-rowed sampan ride through the small canals of the Mekong Delta and see rural scenery. Arrive at Tan Phong Island at noon. Have lunch at a local garden house and join a Vietnamese cooking class.
